2. Open the doors.

3. Turn off the main green power supply.

4. Wait 30 seconds.

5. Turn the main power back on.

6. Wait for the reboot to complete (this will take approximately 4 1/2 minutes).

7. After the reboot is complete, test several variations to verify system operation.

Coca-Cola Freestyle does not serve diet drinks

Steps to resolve this issue Follow the procedure outlined in the video including: 1. Confirm the NNS Diet Confectionery box is full and within its sell by date.

2. Log into the dashboard using the secret handshake in the top right corner of the drinks screen.

3. Verify that the date specified is later than the current date.

4. Touch the service menu at the top of the screen. Open the bottom door.

5. Is there product in the NNS box?

6. Determine if the container is empty or past its expiration date, and if either of these conditions exist, replace the carton.

7. Enter Manager mode and enter Store password.

8. NNS turns dark gray, prompts you to initialize, touch to prompt Yes confirmation box.

9. The machine will prime with soda water for 30 seconds.

10. Touch Consumer View in the bottom left.

11. Test NNS diet drinks.
