While birth rates remain low, Koreans are marrying and starting a family later than ever before, if at all. Couple-with-children households, the dominant household type in Korea until recently, will soon make up fewer than one quarter of all households. These changes will have a profound effect on Korea’s future. Among other things, the Korean labour force is set to decline by about 2.5 million workers by 2040, with potential major implications for economic performance and the sustainability of public finances. Since the early 2000s, public policy has changed to help parents reconcile work and family commitments: Korea has developed a comprehensive formal day-care and kindergarten system with enrolment rates that are now on par with the Nordic countries. Korea also has one year of paid parental leave for both parents, but only about 25% of mothers and 5% of fathers use it, as workplace cultures are often not conducive to parents, especially fathers, taking leave. Cultural change will take time, but this review suggests there also is a need for additional labour market, education and social policy reform to help Koreans achieve both work and family aspirations, and contribute to the rejuvenation of Korean society.

연령 상관없이 신체 건강한 활동희망자는 누구나 아이돌보미로 일할 수 있습니다.
다만, 아이관련 일이니 당연히 신체검사 및 범죄경력조회 등의 서류제출이 필요합니다.
국가사업이라 활동수당이 법으로 정해져 있습니다. 활동수당과 급여는
시간제 일반형의 경우 8,400원 / 시간제 종합형은 10,900원 / 영아종일제는 8,400원
질병감염아동지원 10,100원 / 기관연계 13,500원 / 면접비 12,000원이 지원됩니다.
또한 주휴일 야간 휴일 연장근로 연차유급휴가 수당 산정 등에 따라 발생하는 법정 제수당 역시 지급됩니다.
돌봄 아동 수에 따라서도 추가 수당이 지급됩니다.
명절상여금과, 교통비도 지급이 되는데 해당 조건이 충족되어야 합니다.
어쨌든 국가 사업이다 보니 이런 부분은 잘 되어 있습니다.
딱히 스펙이나 경력 자격이 필요한 것이 아니라서 집에서 놀고 있는 많은 분들이
쉽게 접근할 수 있는데 아무래도 여성분들 특히 중장년층에서 활용하시면 좋을 듯 합니다.
지원과정은 지원서작성, 서류면접, 심사, 선발, 양성교육, 아이돌보미등록, 근로계약체결, 아이돌보미로 활동
이런 순서입니다.
일단 지원하시면 큰 문제 없으면 당연히 쉽게 아이돌보미가 되실 수 있는데
거주하시는 지역에 따라 얼마나 많은 수요가 있느냐에 따라 일을 하실 수 있는지 없는지 갈릴 것으로 보입니다.
2020년도에 아이돌봄서비스를 이용하시는 수요층의 경우 서비스비용 요금이
정해져 있고 정부 지원과 본인 부담으로 구분이 됩니다.
이용하시는 경우에도 큰 부담이 되지는 않는데
