Get it off the web

When you feel safe and confident about saying something, you can tell the person who posted it that you no longer consent to them having your record and you do not consent to them sharing it. If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, you can ask a trusted friend or adult to help you. It’s also a good idea to scan this message as proof of what you said.

1. File a police report
